

Ed Hatch was in Covington, KY. Yesterday September 23 at the Kentucky State Convention teaching a CRS one day class, The New Negotiating Edge. Ed Hatch did a tremendous job as always, the Southwest native of Philadelphia kept the audience entertained thru out the class, but more importantly you saw heads down feverishly taking notes, and lots of asking questions! The class, “A New Negotiating Edge” was written by Ed Hatch and is about the Five Steps of Behavioral Strategy. Ed gave out two handouts. One of the handouts was 17 pages. One student remarked, “I wish I had this class 20 years ago went I entered Real Estate.”


There were students from all corners of Kentucky and was a was the Pre-Conference class to the KAR Convention. Ed Hatch is a Senior CRS Instructor with The Residential Sales Council.
The KAR convention opens September 24, 2008 at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center http://www.nkycc.com in Covington, Kentucky. The theme this year is “rethinkNK”. Michael Tchong is the opening speaker and other speakers are Terry Watson, Robert Morris ( A senior CRS Instructor) and doing the closing session is Mike Parker – CRS of Mike Parker Training. The closing session is titled “Secrets to Profitability in an Ever Changing Market” . The panel members are Rick Wright of RE/MAX Affiliates out of Columbus Ohio, Jon Weeks of HUFF Realty of Cincinnati, Ohio, Guy Cagney of Cagney, Weisker and Associates of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Victoria Luhring of Toledo, Ohio.
